Rebecca Strong is a woman who works at Damian Wilder's company. Rebecca discovered a problem with a product, that could cause damage if it was used long enough. She went to her superiors about it, but they didn't do anything about it and the product went to the market. Rebecca decided that she might as well cash in on it, since they wouldn't listen to her. So she rented a motel room under the alias 'Scarlett O'Hara' and gave Damian Wilder instruction to at the room, where she later call to give her demand.
