Tetsuhiko Uchuujin (哲彦 Uchuujin, テツァヒッコー・アチャージン) is the sole surviving member of the Uchuujin Clan, and the only known State of Matter Release user. He is the current Raikage of Kumogakure, and strives to protect his village to the best of his abilities. He was promoted to the rank of Chunin at only 8 years old with extraordinary talent.
