Tenchi Sarutobi can send a water drop towards the sky that acts similar to the Third Eye of the Magnet Release practitioners. As such, Tenshi can see whatever it happens in the battlefield, helping him immeasurably in his fights. However, the drop quickly evaporates during hot days, so it's less efficient in this weather condition.
