L3gitSkullz was an outlaw, bandit, and thief of Dragonhollow's First Era. Before arriving in Lakeview Village via airship, he had been forcibly expelled from many for dabbling in the dark arts. He was a member of the Commune, where he lived and worked. He never applied for citizenship, instead remaining a visitor. L3gitSkullz was temporarily banished by Eris during the Peace Period for carrying out unlawful raids and attacks on citizens. Ebon eventually sent his personal hitman, Oz, after the burglar. Oz was able to hunt down and kill L3gitSkullz several times.
