Accessed through the Newton Ghost Eyecon, this form bears the Persona Dynamics (ペルソナダイナミクス Perusona Dainamikusu) helmet with the Face Fall Apple (フェイスフォールアップル Feisu Fōru Appuru) faceplate. While it is mostly used by Kamen Rider Ghost, it can also be used by other Riders.
