The Cactuar is an enemy in Final Fantasy X-2. An enemy with high stats all around, especially in the Magic Defense department. Physical attacks are better off here. However, because its Evasion is so high, a Dark Knight's Darkness ability is recommended instead. Lady Luck's Two Dice and Four Dice will also do the job. The Cactuar is fought in Bikanel in Chapter 5. Two also fight alongside the Jumbo Cactuar.
