Safety Override Protocol is an upgrade for the TEC Argonev Star Base that grants it Last Resort, which can destroy all enemy frigates and cruisers within range, but structures and capital ships may survive the blast, when they have enough health. It has two upgrades, with the second upgrade increasing the damage radius slightly, and requires five Military Labs.
