Wutai Colonel is an enemy from Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. Wutai Colonel is an upgrade to the Wutai War Chief, and possesses the Stop-inducing attack Anesthetic Missile as well as the Heart Stopper attack which can inflict massive damage. Otherwise, they can be fought in the same manner as all other Wutai enemies, either by continuously attacking the same foe and timing rolls when necessary, or by exposing their low Spirit stat.
