The single peaked at #33 in the UK Singles Chart and #26 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in November 1980. This song was also featured in The Simpsons episode "How I Spent My Strummer Vacation". The promo 45 sent to radio stations had the "clean version" on side 1. Side 2 was the same song but was identified as "the GD version".
