Part of the mysterious "Others", this man attacked the camp of the Tail Section Survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 on their first night on the island. He was accompanied by at least 4 other men. While 3 of his group abducted 3 men from the Tail Section camp, he and another man he was with attempted to abduct Mr. Eko, but were murdered with a large rock when Eko proved very good at defending himself from their attacks.
