Profane Pauldrons were the Legendary pauldrons in Diablo III. They required character level 31 to drop. As of patch 2.4, they no longer drop, being replaced with Lefebvre's Soliloquy. They did not have any special properties, but would always provide bonus healing from Health Globes and Health Potions, as well as globe pickup range above normal limit, which could be useful for a Witch Doctor. This property was moved to Corruption in the same patch.
