This unusual cape designed by Irene Gilbert of Ireland, has a shaped neckband which ends at the yoke front. The sunburst darts add a lovely shape and detail to the shoulders. The belt is contrast to match the lining. The outstanding surprise of this elegant cape is that there are only two main pieces in the pattern. Was first issued in the 1960s as Spadea N-1215.
