Shinya Kogami is a 28 year old man who previously worked as an Enforcer at the Public Safety Bureau Unit One. He is the deuteragonist, lead male and anti-hero of season 1 of Psycho-Pass and the main protagonist of the manga, Inspector Shinya Kogami. While largely absent from season 2 aside from a couple of visions, he returns as the deuteragonist of the movie. He is voiced by Tomokazu Seki in the Japanese version and Robert McCollum in the English version, the latter of whom also voices Kazuma Yagami, Jellal Fernandes and Stiyl Magnus.
