Herbert Blum is a minor character in the horror novel, It. He is the father of Patricia Blum (spouse of the deceased Stan Uris). Along with his wife Ruth, he initially attempted to convince his daughter to reject Stan's engagement proposal, insisting that their marriage would be nothing more than a financial mess (although his concerns would prove to be highly exaggerated).
