Katie is a saleswoman in a babyshop. She starts hitting on Ross when he comes by with Rachel to buy things they need for Emma. When she even drops by at his house, they go on a date. Rachel doesn't like them dating because she wants Ross to be available for her 24 hours a day, to which Ross surprisingly agrees.
