Sofia Mestari is a French-Moroccan singer, who was born in Casablanca, in Morocco. She moved to France with her family when she was very young. She represented France at the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 coming last-but-one, in 23rd place, with just 5 points, with the song On Aura Le Ciel, meaning, "We will have the sky"
