Overall leadership for the FIC Art of Community Event is spread amongst many different stakeholders. Some particularly noteworthy teams include: * FIC Events Liaison Committee (FIC ELC) * Art of Community Core Leadership Team * Art of Community Extended Team The Core Leadership Team is adopting the Eight Shields Organization Model, which was presented to FIC at LA Ecovillage by Alan Seid.
