The Harken SMG is a Robotics Ranged device similar to the HEL-TAC Rifle. It fires a rapid stream of energy straight towards a single target, dealing high damage/second, and only consuming a small amount of power/second. Holding the right mouse button, increasing the effective range by 30%. Compared to the HEL-TAC, it has higher damage per shot and much greater accuracy but a shorter range - it is significantly more effective than the HEL-TAC except when picking off fleeing targets or upon first approching from long range.
