Warington was a patient at St. Edwards Hospital during Day 9. Warington's name was heard over the public address system in the hospital, asking him to come to the outtake center as Dr. Stanhope was available at the moment when Kareem, one of Margot Al-Harazi's henchmen lived nearby the area, infiltrated the hospital and attempted to silence the key witness and the daughter of Margot, Simone Al-Harazi. It is unknown whether Warington survived the drone strike on the hospital.
