Ringblenders are special machines that are worn by both C.I.A and F.B.I cows and are used by both sides to disguise themselves as ordinary humans. Other cows or Ter-moo-nators can see through the disguise and the ringblender also translates any language as well as translating the language so the cows understand it. What language it translates depends on the time and destination e.g. Ancient Egypt, Egyptian; Ancient Rome, Latin etc.
