Sontainne-la-Timme held the Siecian Greater Council over a millennium. Once central to Barantium, the city exists far to the east of the province. After several incursions from Nobugo, the city is in ruins. Its displaced people, who still recognize their origins as Sontainne-le-Timme, travel across the savannas and plains of Barantium to shepherd their sheep, and the city exists as tents and other impermanent structures.
