In their quest for greater knowledge of the Universe, Telian scientists have discovered many of the fundamental concepts of the Universe. As with many other civilizations, this knowledge has been used both in a creative manner, but also in a destructive one. From the field of quantum mechanics has evolved a very potent weapon, capable of generating enormous quantum reversal fields at detonation, in the process, destroying all matter within the fields boundaries. This weapon class is most often manufactured as a warhead that can be loaded into a delivery vehicle of choice, based on the requirements to deliver the warhead to the target.
