Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots. He was originally known as Orion Pax, a Data Clerk who wanted much more for himself. Orion later decided to join the Cybertronian Academy. There he met a bot named Megatronus and the two quickly became good friends. Over time Orion graduated the academy and later became known as Optimus. He then became Optimus Prime when Megatron started the Decepticon faction. Optimus is a kind and compassionate bot who will always care for his fellow allies but during the war he became a more serious bot who took his title of Prime with honor.
