In late 2379, Leejay woke Prime Minister Bilok in the middle of the night to inform him that Deputy Prime Minister Tawnakel needed to urgently speak; the deputy brought news of the capture of one of the contraband shipments intended to make the construction of the nadion-pulse cannons appear Tholian in origin.
