The 2003-09 was a UARA STARS Late Model Series event held at Track::Newport Speedway on July 20, 2003. Eventual season champ Lee Tissot claimed his fourth and final victory of the season and also made it a season sweep at Newport, holding off promising youngster Stephen Leicht for the victory.
