Matijs Jansen ( The Hague , January 6 1976 ) is a Dutch actor . Jansen followed a pre-university course at the Hague Montessori Lyceum in The Hague when he was asked for the role of Rick (actually Richard) Globe in the VARA comedy series Beware !!! . He played the role from 1991 to 1997. After his departure from the series, he studied at the Theatre Academy in Maastricht . He was then only seen sporadically on television and focused mainly on theater work. He played in ensembles such as ZT Hollandia and Annette plays and works from 2006 to the company Wunderbaum .
