Vasto Lordes and Menos Grande are not ranks. They are the evolutionary stages for Hollows with Vasto Lordes being a sub-division of Menos grande. Vizard are Shinigami with inner hollows. They, like Shinigami, have no other evolutionary stage. Their Vizard status merely allows them to pull on a mask to get a power boost. That is all. However, like Shinigami, they can be classified as having or not having captain-class reiatsu. As all known Vizard were captain-class, vice-captains are included in "captain-class", it is mute point as no known Vizard is not not captain-class.
