The Charigan is a dojutsu kekkei genkai of the Mari Clan. All the colours have different purposes. Green: Analyzing chakra Blue: See through stuff. Eg. a genjutsu. Purple: Seeing long distance. Yellow: Analyzing chakra natures. To help counteract. Red: Read hand seals. Pink: See all around you. Eg. See an enemy behind. Indigo: Set reflexes. Eg. If there is a sudden attack or ambush, the Charigan will strengthen your reflexes. Like move as fast as light to dodge or deflect kunai or automatically do hand seals to counteract.but only when the dojutsu is in use.
