Lieutenant Butler was a nurse who made a single appearance in the Season 2 episode of the M*A*S*H TV series titled "For the Good of the Outfit". She has no speaking lines and only appears in a brief scene as part of the camp "atmosphere". She is shown giving Igor a manicure with another nurse who might be Marcia Gelman. Nurse Kellye, also uncredited, passes behind her. The part of Lieutenant Butler was the first of ten credited roles for recurring cast member Gwen Farrell. Her next credited appearance, and her first speaking part, would be as Lieutenant Wilson six episodes later in "Carry On, Hawkeye".
