The HattMark XR-4 is HattMarks first foray into the Disruptor market. Illegal in most systems, the XR-4 was developed for military use. Like most disruptors, the XR-4 is so powerful that the target is usually reduced to ashes. Coupled with the integral sight, the XR-4 can double as a high-powered sniper rifle.
