[Source] The Redhurne system was a star system orbiting a post-nova white star located in the Mid Rim region of the galaxy. Because of the supernova explosion in the system's past, all of the planets in the system were dedicated wastelands, devoid of life. Radiation from the system's star formed the building blocks of hypermatter on the exposed core of Redhurne which Imperial drones collected for use in the Imperial Navy.
