His first appearance is in the aquarium watching Joey, Téa and Solomon Muto. Then when Marik is presented as Namu reappears with two other hunters and kidnap Joey and Téa. Also he kidnap's Mokuba Kaiba and try to recapture him with other hunters when he escaped but they weren't successful.
