Cho is the 2nd in command of Micki Carter the leader of the eco terrorist group Save Earth. He is an arsonist who loves to set things on fire because he gets sexual gratification. This is seen when he is seen acheiving an orgasm after sertting fire to an Animal Testing Facility. He is arrested and sentenced to 38 years in prison for the arson. He is voiced by Sung Kang.
