Philwiki is edited by anyone and hundreds of changes can occur in a day, some of which are inaccurate or misleading. While these mistakes are usually corrected quickly, if they are clearly errouneous, or they are removed until they can be determined to be valid. Still, there is no formal peer review and all corrections are made at the discretion of users; often this review is incidental and is not guaranteed whatsoever. Users are held liable for errors only in the context of Philwiki's policies and guidelines and not outside of Philwiki and it's disciplinary structure.
