The Black Phoenix Assassins are a group of elite Assassins given specialized equipment to make them even more deadly than regular assassins of the order. Armed with their hardlight blade and Clod Wind sniper rifle the Black Phoenix Assassin become a dangerous foe at long as well as short distances but usually they prefer to use their rifle to take out their target(s).
