The third Captain of Riders in history, and only the second known to wield Lil Ambrioth's brooch. He is the one who appears to Karigan and explains her true ability-- it does not let her just turn invisible of sorts, but she is actually fading through the layers of the world. Because of this ability and it being only a humble one needing outside intervention to be taken through those layers, Salvistar and Westrion supposedly intervene using the wielder of this ability to fade when the fabric of the physical plane is in danger of being disrupted.
