Bollan Design was a small company on Komarr that specialized in experimental designs and custom work for odd, experimental, and obsolete Necklin rod systems. At the time of the events of Komarr, they were about thirty years old. They provided assistance, somewhat unwittingly, to the conspirators in the Serifosa branch of the Komarr Terraforming Project. Note: Their name is also spelled Bollen; it is not clear which is the correct spelling.
