"Ty kto takoy? Davay, do svidaniya!" ("Who are you? Come on, goodbye!" in Russian) is a title of the viral video, showing meykhana performance with repeating Russian jingle "Ty kto takoy? Davay, do svidaniya!" by Talysh brothers Intigam and Ehtiram Rustamov. The video was filmed on 5 November, 2011 at the wedding in Tangerud, Azerbaijan, and was subsequently viewed over 3 million times on YouTube. It is sung in a form of flyting between Talysh and Baku groups. The jingle itself was propelled by the Russian Car Owners Federation official Andrey Filin, who had wrote on Twitter: "Tomorrow I'll hang a sign on my car: 'Putin, who are you? Come on, goodbye'. I'll make people smile".
