Latimer was a city jointly inhabited by humans and Snarre't located on Lacanth C. Some 150 years after both races found and settled Lacanth C, the city was divided into human and Snarre't residential zones, with both species coming together in an interspecies business district. Scooter dealer Jack Cravath, a resident of the human zone in Latimer, unknowingly carried a Snarre't hoxbomb home, which impacted his unborn child.
