The block was a brick construction, built in a similar style to flats such as Home Tower, only this time using a 'y'-shaped footprint. The block was 36 metres tall and completed in 1956, situated alongside 3 sister blocks on the estate in the shadow of 'Spaghetti Junction' and the 3 cooling towers of Nechells Power Station. The block was one of 34 tower blocks in the area and one of 67 tower blocks in Aston. It was demolished in 2001.
