A DiHnaq was a Klingon cultural item. It fit's the lady of the house's right wrist. It was a symbol of her household control. When the lady of the house is out, the DiHnaq would hang on a chain over the inner door at the main house. (DS9 - The Left Hand of Destiny novels: Book One, Book Two)
