An NPC created by Rhiannon. This character is available for "adoption" by another player. A tall, skinny, stooped man with long-fingered hands. He wears a shabby tweed suit in his library's color--green, for the East Library--and the cuffs of his shirts are perpetually stained with ink. His white hair recedes from his forehead, but is rather long, because Mr. Lucien rarely thinks or bothers to cut it--it fluffs up over the back of his head, often making odd points over each of his ears after he's been thinking and running his fingers through it.
