Pamela Nilsson is a Captain in the Systems Alliance Military, currently serving as the administrator at the Robert Sawyer Center on Cailloux, the only Alliance hospital specializing in the treatment of traumatized survivors of the batarian raids in 2170 CE. Though not formally trained as a therapist or counselor, Nilsson has on several occasions volunteered to help treat the center's more difficult cases, most notably Talitha Paulsen, a survivor from the Mindoir raids who not only lost her family, but also spent over a decade as a slave to the batarians.
