Man Eaters are just the slightly bigger, slightly badder older brothers of the Cliffhangers that you saw on the opposite side of the Ipsilon Mountains. The same strategies still apply; physical hits work well, and they're weak against Wind. Watch out for the poison and you'll be all set.
