Yatland, sometimes reffered to in full as the Republic of Yatland, is an island country marking the juncture between the Slaf Strait and the Swtric Sea. The country has a population of 371,625 and a total area of 103,001 sq km (39,770 sq mi). The capital and largest city is Urnycia, with the surrounding areas in the southwestern region of the country being home to two-thirds of the country's population. Yatland is volcanically and geologically active. The interior consists mainly of plateau characterised by sand and lava fields, mountains and glaciers, while many glacial rivers flow to the sea through the lowlands. Yatland is the only country that totally populated by Yats.
