Ink Cap Mushrooms are not so much poisonous as inconvenient when you are trying to get your creatures to eat or sleep. They depress hunger while providing very little nutritional value, reduce a creature's desire to sleep, regardless of how physically tired they are, and can cause a creature to feel unpleasantly cold.
