The user is able to transport themselves from random photo to random photo, existing within the background of the photo as a mere presence. As soon as that photo is taken, the user will just simply apply themselves into the background, even though they were never actually there. E.g. If a photo was taken of a group of friends outside a building then users of this power would later be seen in a hypothetical alleyway or something, hidden in the shadows but still noticeable by outline.
