Weather cards are a special gwent card in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Weather cards reduce the strength of all cards of a given row on the battlefield, including your own. They can be used as part of any deck, with the exception of the Skellige Storm card, which can only be used with the Skellige deck introduced in the Blood and Wine expansion. This card is also the only one that affects 2 combat rows.
