DS Mudd was the detective who investigated the shooting of Lawrence White in July 2016. The day after Lawrence was shot in the abdomen, DS Mudd turned up at Hotten General Hospital to talk ask Lawrence's daughter Chrissie and grandson Lachlan some questions about the shooting. DS Mudd asked Chrissie to visualize the events that lead up to her discovering Lawrence.
