Location: Legend's Guild Peak (must have completed Legends' Quest Part 2: Tormented Elements). He is the warrior that is summoned by Lord Maxius during the Final Fight against Xyu and Lord Lucien. Lord Maxius is also known as Max and he can be located in Varrock East Bank. After the quest Xavia is in the Boss Room and you shall speak to him about a worthy challenge. He shall give you a choice. Easy Option or The Hard Option (Better Reward) The Easy Option will lower his level to 100. He will still be very very hard but instead of wearing a Completionist Cape, he will wear a Prayer Cape (T).
